Chikuwa Tossed in Sesame Oil and Nori

Chikuwa tastes great fried and wrapped in nori, but since I don't like frying food, I simply tossed them with seasoning.
The small amount of sesame oil is only used to bond the ao-nori to the chikuwa, so adjust to taste. Even without adding any salt, this is really delicious. Recipe by Yamausa

Steps
- 1
Slice the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally (or into desired shapes).
- 2
In a bowl, toss the chikuwa with sesame oil. Add the aonori and mix.
- 3
Arrange on a plate and serve.
- 4
- 5
If you are using this as a bento filler, it's best to fry it in sesame oil before sprinkling on the aonori (recommended by user "Miyuma").
