Wash rice with hot water, till the color of the water turns white; blende Tatashe onion pepper, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and Shombo in a food processor

Add vegetable oil in a pot, once it’s hot, add tomatoes paste and fry then add what you blended, add bay leaf, thyme, curry, salt and knorr cube stir

After 5 minutes add the washed rice and then pour water to the level of the rice, stir and make sure all the ingredients is well represented 🤣

Cover pot and reduce fire to medium and once it starts to boil, reduce fire to low heat.

Once the rice is soft, you can add butter if you wish stir and turn off heat. Serve with chicken. 😋
