Garlic chilli paste

Chilli version 4th. Another mum's recipe. I love the bright orange colour. It uses only simple ingredients and easy to make. This one is water based which I like because you can use it cold on anything you want to eat it with.

Steps
- 1
Prepare chilli and garlic, wash them well.
- 2
Put them in juice blender with salt and vinegar, I add a little bit of water too, blend them until smooth. Look at the colour, so beautiful!
- 3
Put them in a pot, simmer in low heat until you see bubbles. Remove and bottle them. Store in the fridge once cool off. It can last for a few months.
