I created this recipe when I wanted to eat refreshing udon noodles during the hot summer.

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the vegetables.

Cut the tomatoes into 1.5 cm cubes and the cucumber into 0.5 cm cubes. Chop the onion very finely.

Place the vegetables in a bowl and combine with the ingredients marked ◎.

Leave the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, cook the noodles and run under cold water to chill. Plate the noodles and pour on the vegetable mixture from the night before.

Sprinkle the white sesame seeds and done!
