Light Curry, Simple From Ground Meat & Cabbage!

I thought of a fun and quick recipe to go with Suntory's gentle and popular "Umeshu ni shimasen ka?" brand of umeshu. Enjoy the crispness of the cabbage together with the delicious umeshu.
Since you're not going to be simmering the ingredients that much, focus on bringing the rich flavor out of the ground meat. Cake flour makes for a thick yet healthy dish in this authentic flavor. Recipe by Suntory umeshu

Japanese-Style Curry Rice Bowl Simple Version Japanese-Style Curry Rice Bowl Simple Version
I really liked the curry rice bowl that I ate at my favorite udon restaurant a long time ago, but I can't get it anymore, so I decided to make it myself. Without using unnecessary seasonings, this can become a fairly authentic taste using just these fundamental ingredients.Unlike regular curry, there is is no need to simmer this. The meat will toughen if you overcook it, so quickly sautéing and bringing it to a simmer once is OK. The aburaage is used to draw the flavor out, so I sautéed it together without draining the oil. This saves time; it's killing two birds with one stone! You can adjust the spiciness by changing the curry roux, or adding curry powder while tasting. For 2~3 people. Recipe by YU-RI cookpad.japan -
Light and Tasty Restaurant-Style Curry with Summer Vegetables Light and Tasty Restaurant-Style Curry with Summer Vegetables
I wanted to recreate a similar summer vegetable curry dish I had in a restaurant. It might take a little time to cut up the vegetables but if you have a ready-made curry roux packet it will be easy after that. You can use any vegetables but I like asparagus or shimeji mushrooms too. Zucchini tends to be too soft to simmer, so I just fry them for a short time. I like to taste the tomato flavour itself so I add it in the end. For 8 to 10 servings. Recipe by Mariamonika cookpad.japan -
