  2. 200 mlcoconut milk
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 100 gmsshallots chopped

    1. Soak the broken wheat and boil it with jeera, pepper, salt and shallots
    2. Once boile well add the coconut milk and off the stove
