Mix the ※ ingredients and set aside.

Cut the green bell peppers into thin strips. Cut the bamboo shoots as big as the green bell peppers. Thinly slice the garlic.

Cut the pork into 1 cm wide strips, and preseason with the soy sauce and sake.

Coat the pork with the katakuriko right before stir-frying, and coat with the vegetable oil.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the pork.

When the colour of the pork has changed, add the green bell peppers and bamboo shoots, and continue stir-frying.

When everything is cooked through, swirl in the flavoring ingredients, and you're done.
