#Corn & Peas Pulav is a nutritious and easy to make rice dish which is not the usual peas pulao! The star ingredients which differentiates this Indian style corn pulao recipe from other similar pulavs are American sweet corn, basmati rice and Indian spices.

Wash, rinse and Soak rice in water for 15 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add all khade masale. Add chopped onion and ginger and fry till onion turn golden brown colour.

Add corns and peas and saute for 2 minutes. Now add grated tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the pressure cooker.

Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute.

Now add soaked rice and mix well. Add water and place the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.

Open the lid and serve hot with raita, pickle and salad. It iz a very healthy and nutritious one pot meal.
