Cooking Instructions

Firstly, boil soya chunks with 1/2tsp salt and 3cup water for 2-3 minutes.
Once the chunks turn soft drain it completely. - 2
In a grinding jar add onion, ginger-garlic and 1 chilli blend till smooth. Keep it ready.
Separately blend tomatoes till smooth. Keep it ready.
Pell and cut the potatoes into cubes. Keep it ready.
Cut capsicum into small pieces. Keep it ready. - 3
In a kadhai heat 1tsp oil add boiled soya chunks and 1/2tsp salt. Keep the flame on low-medium. Roast the chunks until it turn brown and cook well.
Remove it from kadhai. - 4
Heat 2tbsp oil in same kadhai. Splattered asafoetida, Cummin seeds, bay leaves and chilli. Keep the flame on low.
Add potatoes pieces stir, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Further, add onion-ginger-garlic paste, turn the flame on medium. Stir continuously and cook for 4-5 or until the raw smells goes.
Add capsicum pieces, stir and cook. - 5
Add in turmeric powder, coriander powder, Cummin powder, pepper powder and kasmiri mirch powder. Mix all together.
Further, add tomato paste and salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now, add cooked soya chunks, combine all together. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, Stir often. - 6
Further, add 1cup water, kasuri meathi and garam masala powder, mix everything well.
Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off flame.
Add chopped coriander leaves. - 7
Soya chunks Curry is ready.
Serve hot with roti or rice. Enjoy
