Ingredients

2 servings

1◆Celery (stem)
70 grams◆Imitation crab sticks
1 1/2 tbsp☆Mayonnaise
1 tsp☆Vinegar
1 dash☆Salt
1/3 tsp☆Black pepper
3drops ☆ Soy sauce

String the celery, and cut diagonally into thin slices. Combine all the ☆ ingredients.

Shred the imitation crab sticks and put in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Let it sit for a little while until the celery becomes soft and wilted. Done.
