Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 mlMilk
  2. 250 mlWater
  3. 1/2 canCanned mandarin oranges
  4. 4 gramsPowdered kanten
  5. 2heaping tablespoons Syrup from canned mandarins
  6. 50 gramsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, add the kanten to the water.

    Arrange the mandarin slices in a mold.

  3. 3

    Turn on the heat and stir until bubbles form. Once it reaches a boil, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

    Turn off the heat, add the syrup and chilled milk and briskly beat.

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture into the mold through a tea strainer. Once it cools, store in the refrigerator until set.
