Cook sweet potato until soft then peel off the skin cut into chunks & set aside. In a motor grind the washed scotch pepper & red bell pepper then add the potato pond well then add the seasonings I.e salt, maggi, curry & thyme to your taste.

Then add the butter pound well then roll them into balls as seen here & sprinkle some flour & coat them in flour. Break & whisk eggs heat oil in a pan, deep them balls in the egg & fry in the pan flip when brown & fry the other side until golden brown then remove from oil.

Repeat the process until all the balls are finished allow to cool then serve. Serve mine with ketchup & bama dipping…enjoy🍠😋😋🍽🍴
