Ingredients

2 servings

1 bunchSpinach
2 tbsp● Ground sesame seeds
1 tsp● Soy sauce
1/3 tsp● Sugar
1generous pinch ● Bonito flakes
1 pinch● Hon-dashi Japanese stock granules

Steps

Thoroughly rinse the spinach, wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave for 1 minute. When it cools down, squeeze out the excess water, then cut into 3 cm.

Combine the spinach from Step 1 with the ● ingredients, and serve.
