In a pan almonds chopped, cashewnuts chopped, walnuts chopped, roasted peanuts, pista chopped, roast them, remove in a bowl.
In the pan heat ghee, add brown raisins, roast them till they enlarge, remove in above bowl. - 2
In the pan heat ghee, khus-khus, roast till brown, chopped black dates, roast for 5-7 minutes till pulpy, add cardamom powder, roasted nuts, mix them, remove in a bowl, semi-cool it, make long rolls on plastic sheet, roll them in khus-khus, set in fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove the rolls from the fridge, cut into pieces, enjoy it.
