Today I prepared a chicken breast recipe that I loved. A family member shared it with me. It originally included soy sauce, but I left it out because I didn't have any, and I think my chicken didn't miss it.

Cooking Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown and almost done.

Once they reach this point, remove and set aside. In the same oil, fry the finely chopped garlic, add the paprika and the tablespoon of vinegar. Fry on low heat to avoid burning the garlic. Add the broth and return the chicken breasts to the skillet.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning the chicken breasts occasionally. After this time, there will still be some broth. Add the dissolved cornstarch and stir. Cook for a few more minutes and add the tablespoon of honey. Mine is bee honey. Mix well so the meat absorbs the flavor, and add chopped parsley.
