Komatsuna and Boiled Chicken Mixed with Sweet Chili Sauce and Sesame

I made this quick marinated salad dish with sesame.
If the sauce is too thick, add 1/2 tablespoon of chicken broth to thin it out. It will be easier to blend in. You can use spinach or other leafy vegetables instead of komatsuna. Recipe by Imoimo daisuki

Use your family's cooking method to boil the chicken. I always use this boiled chicken recipe.

Parboil the komatsuna, cut into about 3 cm lengths, and squeeze out the excess water. Tear up the chicken into pieces.

Mix the sesame paste and sweet chili sauce, and add Step 2 to the sauce. Mix well, and you're done.
