If you like green olives your going to love this dip

So this is pretty much an olive cheese ball. It's just one of those things I've always had since childhood. I remember my mom making it with sliced olives, but I like chopped better because I think it distributes the flavors more evenly.

Party special.I wanted a cheese spread for crackers. Something easy, yet taste good. This recipe can be changed in many ways to meet your tastes. Chop some jalapenos, it's spicy. Use other cheeses, I love it with Swiss, Gruyère or Asiago. Any cheese with some flavor works very well. I would not consider this a dip, chips would crumble at the heavy texture.

While fine dining at the Mountain Winery. I enjoyed this at my table.
