Wash rice properly, drain and set aside. Blend Tatashe, pepper and onion set aside

Heat up veg oil, once it’s hot add bay leaf, Kpomo and blended pepper mix and stir for about 5 to 7 mins

Add salt, maggi, crayfish and sachet coconut powder, add goat meat stock or water, taste and adjust necessary ingredients

Place foil over pot and cover, cook on medium heat and add fried goat meat once rice is soft enough
- 5
Turn off heat and stir, and serve
