Sieve flour into a bowl,add the yeast, sugar, milk, nutmeg, salt, vanilla flavour and mix.

Add water little by little until desired consistency from a soft dough. Cover it to rise for 1hrs.

Heat up oil and fry till golden brown.

You can serve with prinkle of sugar and milk.
