Peel your sweet potatoes and slice them into bits you can also use yam allow to boil till it gets soft then it's ready

For the sauce wash and chop your onions, tomatoes, pepper and pumpkin leaf

Add little oil into a pan and add the chopped onions into the pan next add your chopped tomatoes and pepper and stir add seasoning cubes and salt to taste

Break in your eggs and mix well then add you pumpkin leaf and stir together allow to fry for one minute and bring down

Your food is ready to be served you can add meat or fish. Bon appetit
