Steps

Heat oil,ghee add chanadal, uraddal fry to light golden add mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves,red chillies saute it then add chopped onion, green chillies fry for a while then add sevai fry it for one to two min.

Then add 3,1/2 cup water and pasta masala add salt mix it well cook till sevai becomes soft.

Add coriander leaves, coconut grated and serve.
