Easy Sweet Yeast Bread

Tastes just like Masithandane, A first. This bread does not need you to knead. Hell you don’t even have to handle the dough. It’s pretty simple.

Steps
- 1
Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast and set aside in warm place to grow yeast (10 minutes) Add flour and mix with wooden spoon. You want a wet consistency but not runny. Cover mixture and sit in warm place for 2 hours.
- 2
Preheat oven and cast iron pot to 230 degrees. On floured surface spill dough. Dough should be jiggly. Roughly fold bread and flip onto parchment paper. That way the seams are underneath. Lift bread into hot cast iron pot.
- 3
Bake cover for 30 minutes with lid on. Then for 13 minutes without the lid. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy
