Maithi Aloo stuffed paratha is bhi tasty & healthy for breakfast. It is served with homemade butter.
Steps

Take a big bowl add wheatflour & salt.

Add water & knead & make soft dough.

Make balls & roll like poori.
Keep maithi Aloo veg middle on poori. - 4
Roll it.Heat a tawa grease with oil.Put paratha.Flip it.

Add oil. Cook both side brown & crispy.

Cut paratha into four peices.
Serve with homemade butter for breakfast.
