3 Easy Points for Successful Pasta Bolognese

I am into making pasta dishes!
If you are through with the 3 points from 1 to 3, you can relax with the rest of it!!
The higher the quality of the extra virgin olive oil, the less its aroma will be able to withstand heat. So be sure to use it for the finishing touches only!
While cooking, regular olive oil should be good enough. Recipe by Kojima ponsuke

Cooking Instructions
- 1
[Point 1] All you need to cook the pasta is a pair of tongs!! You may use a ladle maybe a little, but other than that, everything from cooking to serving can be done with this one tool!!
- 2
- 3
When the meat sauce is done, a wonderful aroma will drift through your kitchen. Now it is time to cook the pasta!
- 4
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring the water to a rapid boil!
- 5
[Release the pasta in a ring!] Cook the pasta over medium heat. Make sure not to burn the pasta with the edge of the pot.
- 6
[Point 2] Cook the pasta about 2 minutes shorter than the directions on the box say! I'll tell you why later! The water should be steadily bubbling.
- 7
[The basics of homemade pasta] Add the pure olive oil to a skillet and turn on the heat! Sauté the garlic until fragrant over low to medium heat!
- 8
[Canned tomatoes] Add it all in!
- 9
Simmer the sauce until it bubbles and looks like this. Taste it and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
- 10
Use a pair of tongs to scoop the pasta instead of straining it in a colander, so the pasta water will also be added to the sauce!
- 11
Tongs are convenient for this. The heat is still on. Keep the heat to low or medium heat!
- 12
[Point 3] While adding a small amount of the cooking liquid at a time, cook the pasta al dente in the skillet! This is the answer to the reason for tip 2!
- 13
Simmer until the liquid is reduced and the pasta is cooked al dente. Turn off the heat and drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil...
- 14
Top with a generous scoop of bolognese sauce and it's done. Sprinkle on a lot of grated cheese and enjoy!
- 15

Bolognese Pasta Bolognese Pasta
Italian cuisine normally is very heavy on onions and garlic, but ever since our likely brush with the coronavirus, onions and garlic have been tasting really horrible to Mrs Wyrm. And so here I am, making a Bolognese sauce without them. It's a bit bland without the onions and garlic and needs more salt than one might normally use. 🇮🇹 蛟龍Stormwyrm -

Sweet Savoury Pasta Meat Sauce Kid-Friendly (Bolognese) Sweet Savoury Pasta Meat Sauce Kid-Friendly (Bolognese)
Here in Manila we love our spaghetti a bit sweetish and very saucy. 😋 So both the kids and kids at heart love it.This was gone after the first two sets of guests arrived! Spaghetti is always a crowd pleaser in gatherings here. You can use your favorite pasta on this too.Sweet tomato / spaghetti sauces are readily available in our supermarkets in Manila. If there aren't any in your area, just add brown sugar to adjust the sweetness. :) I still use fresh tomatoes when making pasta sauce, as it enhances the flavor (which is not common practice here). My rule is, don't just open something and heat it, always add to it and make it your own! 😊 I also combine different types/flavors of the tomato/spaghetti sauces, because it makes the end result better and tastier. Pasta Bolognese with Yakiniku Sauce Pasta Bolognese with Yakiniku Sauce
This recipe came to me while I was looking at yakiniku sauce. I thought I could deliciously make a bolognese with yakiniku sauce so I made it happen.Use sugar to adjust the bitterness of the tomatoes. If you add vegetable oil while boiling the pasta, it keeps them from sticking together and is easy to eat. This is optional. This has a strong flavor, so be careful not to add too much salt and pepper. Recipe by Necchan cookpad.japan -
Super Delicious Eggplant & Ground Meat Bolognese-Style Pasta Super Delicious Eggplant & Ground Meat Bolognese-Style Pasta
When thinking about today's lunch, I found I had an eggplant that was wilting in the refrigerator. I whipped this up in order to use it, and it was very delicious!566 calories per one serving.Since you the ground meat produces fat, I don't use any additional oils to cook.If using cubed soup stock, use a knife to crush 1/4 of a cube. This flavoring is good for about 80g of pasta. If you make more pasta than that, the flavor weakens. For 1 serving. Recipe by Nanaiku cookpad.japan -
Vickys Pork Mince Pasta Bolognese, GF DF EF SF NF & Tomato Free Vickys Pork Mince Pasta Bolognese, GF DF EF SF NF & Tomato Free
If you can tolerate tomatoes by all means use 2 tins of chopped tomatoes with a dash of sugar and lemon juice or a big jar of your favourite bolognese sauce instead of my 'tomato-free sauce'. One of the easiest things about going gluten free is just swapping the dried pasta thankfully as we eat lots of pasta dishes! I use pork as my son is allergic to beef but you can use minced beef and beef stock if you prefer Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
Foolproof! Easy Tomato Pasta With 3 Key Points Foolproof! Easy Tomato Pasta With 3 Key Points
I'm really into pasta..."The time it takes to boil pasta in hot water + the time it takes to continue cooking it in the frying pan in the sauce = standard cooking time". This is the formula for cooking pasta!
