Making rotis:Mix all the ingredients in a bowl/thali.Mix well.

Add a little water to make a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough in 4 equall parts.Roll a roti,sprinkle sesame seeds,press a little

Heat a tawa,cook bajra roti on medium heat.Fry with ghee till golden.

Take out.Prepare all in this manner.

For chilli pickle:Slit chillies,remove seeds.

Heat oil in a pan,add fennel and cumin seeds.Let them crackle.Add chillies.Fry till nice patches are seen on chillies.

Add remaining ingredients,saute 2 minutes on low flame.Take out.

Bajre ki roti and mirch ka achar are ready to be served.Serve hot.
