In a wide bowl take all dry ingredients. Add 2 Tbsp oil and mix well to form crumbles.

Add crushed mint leaves, mix well. Add water to make a tight dough. Rest the dough for 30 minute.

Divide the dough into balls. Spread the dough with a roll pin. Cut the mathris. Prick them to release air.

Heat oil in medium to low. Deep fry both sides of mathris in bathes till they are crispy. When cool down store in an air-tight container.
