Ingredients

30 minutes
5 people
  1. 1.5 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupgram flour
  4. 1/4 cupthin semolina
  5. 2 Tbspoil for khasta
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcrushed carom
  10. 1/3 tspkalonji seeds
  11. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1/3 tspdry ginger powder
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 1 handfulcrushed mint leaves
  15. As neededWater for making dough

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a wide bowl take all dry ingredients. Add 2 Tbsp oil and mix well to form crumbles.

  2. 2

    Add crushed mint leaves, mix well. Add water to make a tight dough. Rest the dough for 30 minute.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into balls. Spread the dough with a roll pin. Cut the mathris. Prick them to release air.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in medium to low. Deep fry both sides of mathris in bathes till they are crispy. When cool down store in an air-tight container.
