I made this because my son doesn't like tofu as is.

Cooking Instructions

Once you have drained the tofu, mash it with your hands. Cook the tofu till the moisture evaporates in a frying pan coated very lightly with oil. Stir fry until it has a soboro-like crumbly texture.

Mix the ☆ ingredients together and then microwave them for 30 seconds. Add this into the frying pan coating the tofu. Stir fry on low to medium heat until the moisture evaporates.

Once you're stir fried it until it's crumbled, it's ready! ♪ Mix it with rice and then top with a beaten egg. You can store leftovers in the freezer by separating them into 1 meal portions.
