Ingredients

8 pieces
  1. 1 1/2 cuprefined flour (all-purpose flour)
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1 tspdry yeast
  4. 1 tspgranulated sugar
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. ¹½ tsp milk powder
  7. as neededSalt
  8. 2 tbspolive oil
  9. 50 gmelted butter
  10. 1 tspOregano
  11. For stuffing
  12. 100 gramspaneer
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tspred chili powder
  16. 1 tspgaram masala
  17. as per taste Salt
  18. For Harissa sauce
  19. 8-10dried red chilies
  20. 3-4garlic pods
  21. to tasteSalt
  22. 1 tbspolive oil
  23. 1 tspcumin seeds
  24. 1 tbsplemon juice
  25. 1/2 cupmayonnaise

    First take ½ cup of warm water in a bowl. Add sugar. Now add dry yeast. Now cover it with lid and keep aside for 15 minutes. Let the yeast get activated. Once you see a froth over the liquid the yeast is activated.

    Now seive all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic paste(you can even use dry garlic powder),salt, milk powder and mix well. Now add the activated yeast and knead well the make a soft sticky dough. Keep it covered with moist cloth for proofing for nearly 40 - 50 minutes.

    Now the dough looks a little soft and fluffy. Knead it very well now. Add olive oil to the dough and keep kneading till the dough is nice soft and now not sticking to the surface. Now keep this one covered with wet cloth for nearly an hour.

    In a meanwhile prepare harissa sauce. For this take dry red chillies and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes. Now discard the water and take the soaked chilies in a grinder. Add garlic pods, cumin seeds,olive oil(you can use any other oil too),lemon juice, salt and grind it to paste. Now add this grinded mixture to the bowl of mayonnaise. The harissa sauce is ready.

    For making stuffing, cut the paneer into 1cm cubes. Now take a pan. Heat with 1 tsp oil. Add paneer, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Cook till the mixture is dried it takes just 2 minutes. Keep aside..

    After an hour you will see the dough doubles in size. Take this dough out in a plate and roll it with your hands.Pat it with dry maize flour or all-purpose flour and keep the dough slightly thick,just like the pizza dough.

    Now cut 8 slices with pizza cutter. Put some harissa sauce in center. Now put some stuffing. Take the three corners and stick them together. The paneer zingy parcel is ready to go in oven.

    Preheat the oven at 220 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Take a baking tray. Place the butter paper over it. Now place the paneer zingy parcel over it. Brush them with butter and then place these in a preheated oven for nearly 15 minutes.

    Serve hot with harissa sauce or tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!.
