Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1instant package of ramen
  • 2 1/2 cupswater
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 teaspoonbutter
  • 1 sliceMonterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonfurikake
  • Garnish
  • scallions, sliced
  • stripsroasted seaweed, cut into thin

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water, then add the ramen noodles

  2. 2

    Cook the ramen for 2 minutes, then add the flavor packet

  3. 3

    Turn off the heat and crack the egg into the mixture, without breaking the yolk. Gently cover the egg with the ramen and let it sit for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into the serving bowl, add the furikake, butter and cheese. Let the cheese melt and then mix

    Garnish with seaweed and scallions with desired
