Cut the mushroom into thin slices & wash it 2 or 3 times rubed with soft handed.

In a pan add oil & finely chopped garlic saute it for colour change, now add chopped onion stir fry it till soft

Now add mushroom, roast it continues on high flame till soft. Add salt pepper & herbs. Cover it for 3 min for proper cooked.

After move the lid add Maida in it & cooked for 1 min. Now add hot water in the pan (1 glass or 250 ml). Leave it for proper boil.

After 3 min of boil off the flame & keep aside for room temperature. 3 table spoon of mushroom mixture keep separate.

Now grind or mashed soup coarsely in a jar. Transfer the jar again in the pan. Add cream,leftover mushroom & coriander leaves.

Boil it for 1 min, Cover it with lid for best flavour or aroma. The tasty healthy & winter special mushroom soup is ready for serve.

Always use hot water or vegetables stock in soup, it save time & flavour.
