Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 1/2 cupwater for soaking sabudana
  • 2 litresmilk
  • 8-10 strandssaffron
  • 1/4 Cupchopped almonds
  • 1/4 cupcashew
  • 400 gramscondensed milk
  • 2 tspghee
  • For garnishing
  • as required Some chopped nuts
  • as per need Kesar

  1. 1

    Wash the sabudana properly then so it is in water for 2 hours. After that take-up and add milk in it then put it on the flame. Stir continuously. When it starts to boil switch the flame on medium flame and keep stirring for 10 minutes. After that add so the sabudana and stir well.

    After adding condensed milk continue stirring the kheer for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. After that switch off the flame and add ghee and mix it well.

    Your sabudana kheer is ready.
