Ingredients

  • 4chicken thighs (deboned)
  • 2 stalksspring onions (chopped for garnish)
  • Olive oil
  • Marinate Chicken
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspbrown sugar
  • sprinkle of white pepper
  • sprinkle of all spices (or chili powder, or others)
  • 2garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 inchesginger (minced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken for at least 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Place a baking sheet on the tray, brush some olive oil on the paper. preheat the oven with 200c.

  3. 3

    Roast the chicken with 200c for about 25 mins.

  4. 4

    Once cooked, slice the chicken into smaller pieces.

  5. 5

    Garnish with Spring onions and serve.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
