First, blend 1/2 avocado with a splash of lemon juice.

Cook the beef patty. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger bun in a toaster until crispy.

To assemble, spread the avocado sauce on both halves of the bun. Layer the mozzarella, then the tomato, followed by the beef patty, and the greens. Top with the other half of the bun to finish your burger.
