Hara lehsan (Memoni Recipe)
Steps

Clean lehsan with wet cloth and remove roots
Then finely copped - 2
Now knit a dough of Ata,salt and oil
Then make roti and after cooking roti grind them - 3
Now add lehsan and salt
Then add 1/2 cup oil in a pot on low flame add in to lehsan n bajara roti - 4
Wash n dry brinjal then grease with oil Then pot on tawa on low flame and cook all side

Check with knife if it's cook well remove from stove and peel it.
Then add yoghurt mix well - 6
You can also eat with plain yoghurt....
