Today I have made tasty delicious gur ki roti. It's popular in Rajasthan and Northern Gujarat ( kucch area ).

Today I have made tasty delicious gur ki roti. It's popular in Rajasthan and Northern Gujarat ( kucch area ).
Steps

In a mixing bowl, take warm water and jaggery powder and stir it well to melt jaggery and keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl to knead dough, add wheat flour, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed fennel seeds, ghee jaggery water and mix it well, add little water if required, knead a dough as paratha.

Then roll out balls from the prepared dough, now dust some dry flour on the rolling board, flatten with the help of the rolling pin. Thickness of the roti should be little thick as aloo paratha. Now make dents in roti with the help of the side of rolling pin. As shown in fig.

Now heat a tawa, place roti on it, keeping the flat side down.

First dry roast until it is golden brown on both sides then drizzle ghee on both sides and roast them nicely.
