Take Roasted peanuts n remove husk.

Add ghee, gur, water in a pan n cook till its thick in consistency.

Test the crunch in cold water.

Add peanuts and sesame seeds and mix quickly. Turnoff flame.

Take out the mixture in a flate greased plate, flattened it with rolling pin, cut in desired shape when warm.
