Veg Oil
1 tspSalt
1 tspPowdered Camaeroun Pepper

Heat up oil

When hot,add plantain Slices one by one

Flip side when bottom is crispy

Repeat process till both sides are crispy

Drain

Immediately drizzle lil salt and pepper,toss,set aside

Repeat process for all
