Wash and soak dal in water for 15 min. Cook the soaked dal in a cooker with salt and turmeric powder. Switch off the gas after one whistle. Wait till it cools down.

Heat ghee in a pan, add hing, cumin seeds, clove, and green chili, and red chili quickly switches off the gas, so that the spices do not burn.

Add cooked dal into it and mix.

Your flavourful dhuli moong dal is ready to Serve.
