  1. 2 cupsMilk
  2. 2 tspcorn flour or custard powder
  3. Halfa cup of sugar
  4. 3 tspcocoa powder
  5. 2 tspinstant coffee
  6. Butter
  7. Chopped Chocolate for garnish

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except butter and chocolate together. Start cooking over low heat stirring constantly so that no lumps form.

  2. 2

    When the pudding starts thickening add butter and chocolate and cook until smooth and thick.

  3. 3

    Transfer to glasses or dessert bowls and chill before serving.
