Ingredients

2_3 servings
  1. 4Eggs
  2. 4bread slices /according to pan size or need
  3. 3 tbspchopped onions
  4. 1 tbspGreen onions chopped
  5. 2 tbspchopped Capsicums (red, green n yellow)
  6. 1 tbspGreen chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 cupmushrooms
  8. 1 cupshredded grilled chicken (leftover)
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1/4 cupmozerlla cheese
  11. 1/4 cupchedder cheese
  12. 1/2 cupcream cheese
  13. 1_2 tsp fresh crushed black pepper
  14. 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  15. 1_1/2 tsp salt
  16. 1 tspdried mixed herbs or parsley
  17. 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  18. 1_2 tbsp butter
  19. 2 tbspoil
  20. 4bread slices toast in butter

Steps

    Cut all vegetables

  2. 2

    Apply butter on bread slices and toast on hot pan till golden brown. Take them out

  3. 3

    Whisk eggs add seasonings and milk, all vegetables and mix, add herbs chicken, mushrooms mix than add cheese and mix with spoon or spatula.
    Preheat oven.

    Put the frypan on stove add 1tbsp butter and 1tbsp oil n when it's warmed pour half eggs batter on it than cover it with lid. Flame should be very low. Cook for 5mins.

    Open lid with spatula scrape edges which will be cooked but little kacha from center, now place toasted bread on this egg press lightly than pour remaining eggs mixture on it,drizzle remaking 1tbsp oil on sides of pan and 1tbsp butter on egg.Again cover lid. Flame should be low.

    When it's 60%cooked open lid scrap edges put pan inside oven at 180° and open top grill and bake for few minutes or till fluffy and brownish. Can check with wooden skewer if it's done.

    Take it out and to turn out take serving plate and place it on pry pan and upside down the plate and wao yourself 😊 what a fluffy beautiful Omlette you made. Just use knife and fork and enjoy with karak chai.
