  1. 200 gmalu bukhara
  2. 1 cupimli ka pulp
  3. 1 tbsplal mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tspkala namak
  5. 1/8 tspnamak
  6. 3 tbspcheeni
  7. 1 tbspgurr
  8. 2 cuppani

Steps

  1. 1

    Alu bukharey ko rt bhar k liye bhigo dein

  2. 2

    Next day alu bukharey k beej nikal dein aur 2 cup pani daal kar pakalen

  3. 3

    1 cup imli ka pulp bhi daal dein

  4. 4

    Jab alu bukhara gal jaye imli aur alu bukhara ko mash kar lein

  5. 5

    Ab is mein lal mirch, kala namak, namak, daal kar achi tarah mix karein

  6. 6

    Phr is mein gurr aur cheeni shamil kar dein aur bubbles aney tak pakayen.

  7. 7

    Dish mein nikal lein mazedar alu bukhara ki chutney ready hai.

  8. 8

    Wese thick krney k liye corn flour use kia tha but mujhey nahi lagak corn flour add hoga isliye mainey skip kar diya.
