Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl - except the cauliflower

If the batter is too ‘wet’ add a bit more flour to thicken to the right consistency.

If the batter is too dry, add a bit more milk until the correct consistency is achieved.

In a frying pan, add enough olive oil to cover half the cauliflower.

As the oil is heating in the pan, add a few of the florets to the batter. You will add a few at a time.

When the oil is ready, grab a floret dipped in batter and place it in the pan. Repeat until there is no room left in the pan.

After a few minutes turn the florets over to cook the other side.

Once golden, take the florets out of the frying pan and blot on some kitchen paper towel.

Add the next round of florets and repeat the process until they are all cooked.

Place cauliflower bites on a plate and sprinkle with a bit more salt and chopped parsley to serve!
