Take a hot pot pour sufficient amount of water. Add food colour and steam rice up to 7 mins. Cook of to 60 %. Now drain all water.

Allow the rice to cool for 5 to 10 mins.

Take a hot pan add ghee, cardamom, dalchini stick and saute it for 2 mins. Now add milk and then pour sugar to it. Cook it for another 3 mins in low flame now add sugar, salt to it. Cover the lid for 5 mins. Check in between. Now open the lid and cook for 2 to 4 mins. Now at last add 1 tbsp of ghee.

Garnish it with dry fruits and grated coconut.
