This sugar-free, low-oil rye nut bread is crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, delicious, and healthy.
Cooking Instructions

Mix the bread flour, rye flour, instant yeast, and salt in a bowl.

Add the water and olive oil, and knead into a dough.

Add the chopped nuts to the dough.
- 4
Knead the nuts into the dough.
- 5
Sprinkle some flour on the table, and knead the dough until the surface is smooth and not sticky.

Divide the dough into 6 small portions.

Shape each small portion into a ball.

Take one dough ball, press it into an oval shape, and roll it into an oval.

Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with a cloth, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 70-80 minutes.

After rising, sprinkle some flour on the dough and make cuts with a knife.

Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes.

I could say that this is a cheat way of making rye bread. This is also nowhere near the superior flavors from a loaf of traditional rye bread.
