Today I have made winter seasonal green Peas Paratha.
Steps

Take a grinder jar add peas seeds, ginger, green chillies and coarsely paste.

Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, hing and grounded peas paste and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder,mango powder, kasuri methi powder and mix well and cook until peas past becomes dry, keep aside to cool down.

Now divide the prepared peas mixture into equal small portions. As shown in the figure.

In a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, maida, salt oil and mix well then add little water at a time and knead to a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Knead the rested dough for 2 minutes again and divide small lemon sized balls. Now with the help of rolling pin roll the dough into a small circle and place the stuffing peas portion into the centre. Then gather all the edges and pinch them together forming a seal and roll again into a circle paratha.

Now place the paratha on a medium heat tawa. Once there are ligh brown spot on one side, flip it and apply ghee and roast on the both sides nicely.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle or any chutney.
