A puffy deep fried bread which is an absolute delicacy to be served either with Aloo curry or any other seasonal curry.
I have served with green peas curry.

A puffy deep fried bread which is an absolute delicacy to be served either with Aloo curry or any other seasonal curry.
I have served with green peas curry.
Steps

Mix maida + salt + oil + water and knead well. A soft dough is required.

Take small small size balls from dough and make round flat puris with help of board and rolling pin.

Now deep fry in heated oil one by one, each Puri will puff up, flip the other side and fry well.

Luchi / Puri is fried.

Now it is ready to serve.

Serve hot hot with a nice curry of your preference.
