This recipe is one of the famous streets food of my city.This is a tasty snacks for evening brunch. I tried to make its vegetarian version in my style.
Steps

Wash the dal and soyabean. Add both in pressure cooker. Add roughly chopped onion,ginger,garlic, dry red chilli,salt,red Chilli powder and whole spices.add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistle or until the dal cooked well and turn soft.allow to cool it completely

Take grinding jar and grind the boiled dal and soyabean mixture.transfer this in a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion, ginger,green chillies and mint leaves.mix all very well. Make kabab from this mixture
Heat a pan add some oil and shallow fry these kaabs till they turn golden brown from both side.transfer in a plate. - 3
Meanwhile kaban has fried cut the Bun in the middle to divide into two equal parts. Take another pan. Add butter when it started melting, place the Bun on tawa and fried then till they turn golden and crisp.

Place these fried Bun and kabab in a plate serve with some onion and lemon.
