1/2 CupApple Cider Vinegar
2 TablespoonsDijon Mustard
PinchSalt
1/4 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
1/2 CupOlive Oil

In electric chopper (or blender) add shallots, vinegar, dijon mustard, salt & pepper, blend for 15 seconds.

Add Half of the olive oil and blend for about 20 seconds then add remaining oil and blend for another 20 seconds.
