This is a fusion of paneer roast and plated in a masala gravy.

First in a bowl add the paneer,onion and capsicum chunks.add the ingredients and allow it to be marinated for 1 hr.

Now add oil and then butter,add the haldi to oil and then the paste.at this point add coconut milk....don't add water allow it cooked on low flame.add dry masala powder,check salt

Cover it...just add water when you see it almost done..add 2 tbsp water first and then after 5 mins add same quantity....add paneer tikka items by plated method first gravy and then tikka or just add the items cover for 1 mins.

Give angara method fumes like I. A plate place charcoal add butter and cover lid...stop flame,remove the plate and don't open till you serve

Eat with tandoori roti /naan
