Soak chana for 5 to 6 hrs

Dry roast all the masala ingredients and Roast it for 10 mins and grind them into fine masala powder

Boil chana in cooker add baking soda salt wait for 3 whistles in sim

Make paste with onion and tomato

Add ghee in a kadai 1 piece of bay leaf 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 pieces cloves add cinnamon 2 small pieces add 4 pieces garlic. Grated chillies add the tomato and onion paste stir them 10 mins add salt 1 tsp chilli powder add the boiled chana add the powdered masala stir them well.. The gravy is ready

2 cup Maida 1 cup wheat flour 2 tsp ghee add salt 1 tsp baking soda necessary make it like dough also add rava

Rest it for 20 mins

Pour the oil in a large kadai n heat the oil for 2 mins roll the dough fry it

Now ready for chole bature
serve hot hot
